1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fbb7 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. fbb7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the fbb7 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different contact details is strictly prohibited. If fbb7 identifies a player holding more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. fbb7 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify fbb7 customer support immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. The following actions will lead to immediate account suspension or termination:

• Providing false name, date of birth, address, or contact details at registration or during KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Using another player's account or attempting to access another player's funds.
• Registering on fbb7 when previously self-excluded or excluded by fbb7.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fbb7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbb7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which fbb7 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger a security review of your account.
• fbb7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your fbb7 account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• fbb7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected. Affected players will be notified and asked to provide documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fbb7 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and apply only to games specified in the offer terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• fbb7 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation remain valid.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses cancelled, accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbb7 platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, audio, visual elements, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of fbb7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered player. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content from the fbb7 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any fbb7 content may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbb7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. fbb7's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your fbb7 account at the time the claim arose.

fbb7 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. fbb7 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fbb7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fbb7 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised date.

Your continued use of the fbb7 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance before closing your account.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. Any dispute arising from your use of the fbb7 platform should first be directed to fbb7 customer support for resolution. fbb7 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
